Hernia's Undescended Testicle Under or Overbite Grade 1 or 2 luxating patella's Cherry Eye (Frenchie) Buyer understands that the replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem, and not due to an accident, contagious or other illness. You have 72 hours after getting your puppy to take it to a vet of your choice for a check up. There are no refunds. You have a choice of taking another puppy, or waiting for the next litter. Monarch Ridge cannot guarantee the weight or color of your puppy. Buyer understands that any and all guarantee's expire one year from the date of purchase.. If your puppy has a congenital defect found by your vet, you will return the puppy to Monarch Ridge at your expense, along with the registration paper. You must obtain a written statement from your vet on their office stationary. It must be signed by your vet stating health risk, and include a description of the symptoms supporting their opinion to validate this guarantee..
